Shipping

  • Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Shipping options & delivery time: Standard U.S. delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

  • Shipping confirmation & tracking: A shipping confirmation with tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

  • International shipping: We may ship internationally depending on the product and destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international shipments vary by carrier and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Return window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and any promotional items).

  • How to initiate a return: Contact Customer Service at (844) 777-9601 or email customerservice@xtremecables.com. After approval, we’ll provide return instructions and a return merchandise authorization (RMA) if required.

  • Return shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged in transit, or the wrong item was sent. In those cases, we will provide prepaid return shipping or otherwise arrange return shipping at no cost to you.

  • Non-returnable items: Certain items may be final sale, discontinued, or not eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons. If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly noted on the product page.

Refunds & Credits

  • Inspection & processing: Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. We aim to inspect returns and issue refunds within 5–10 business days of receipt.

  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

  • Partial refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in original condition, for damaged items (beyond the reported defect), or for items returned past the return window.

  • If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at (844) 777-9601 or customerservice@xtremecables.com. Provide photos and order details; we’ll work quickly to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
