Scope: Products sold by JEM GLOBAL (unless otherwise noted) are covered by this limited warranty.

Warranty Period

  • This appliance and applicable products are covered under a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

Coverage

  • During the warranty period, JEM GLOBAL will, at its option, repair or replace defective parts or products that are defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions & Void Conditions

  • This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, neglect, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear.

    • Damage resulting from failure to follow the use and care instructions supplied with the product.

    • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers — warranty coverage is valid only for items purchased from JEM GLOBAL or authorized retailers.

  • Improper use or failure to follow the use and care guide will void the warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Customer Service: (844) 777-9601 or email customerservice@xtremecables.com.

  2. Provide order number, proof of purchase, product details, description of the defect, and photos if applicable.

  3. We will evaluate the claim and provide instructions for return, repair, or replacement. Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement at JEM GLOBAL’s discretion.

Limitations of Liability

  • EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. JEM GLOBAL DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
